the reason why I tried to get the other way is I tried to think from his perspective(but as far as he is pretty tight, I believe his thinking is the same as mine.
First of all as I am pretty tight all I call in blinds is pairs, upto 99, TT and up I 3-bet, AQ,AK I 3-bet. Do I play suited connectors yes, but in multiway pot (2 is not enough for me in most cases).
Now comes the board, I lead out if I hit strong. 2 points here:
1) he might not c-bet on this super drawheavy board
2) it is super drawheavy board and I don't want anyone to draw cheap here.
His button range and SB range is pretty good for this board and any other card can crush me, or end the action.

So as far I bet strong here 2/3 of pot and he reraises, it is obvious sign for me that he is ready to go all in here. At this point I know I'm ahead and it's time to push,get SB out of the pot, unless he is complete donk who draws with no odds.

Again all this only about solid tight players, against fish I shove all the time, cause they are drawing most of the time.
