Didn't notice the flush draw on the flop (or that it completed on the turn). Given how many different draws are possible on this flop I'd actually go ahead and 3bet the flop. It's not the wettest of boards, but there's an ace, a flush draw, and all sorts of pair + draw possibilities. So yeah, 3bet the flop... raise turn, and call a shove, but probably don't just shove right away to keep his range for continuing a bit wider.
