Default NL50 What do you think of villain's line

You're in the big blind. I've hidden your cards.

You've only been at the table a couple of orbits. Villain has seen you
1) open from the small blind, get called by BB, and take the pot with a c-bet on 732 flop
2) open from the cutoff, get called by button, c-bet a 742 flop, and check fold when you turned an 8
3) open from the button and take down the blinds

Villain has played only one hand, opening from the cutoff and taking down the blinds.

What do you think of villain's line?

I don't like it because he's getting taken to valuetown more often than he is picking off a bluff (although it seems like he picked off your bluff in this case).

Looks like he is value betting you. Also seems that he is pretty tight - you saw him playing only one hand. So I believe he put you on small PP preflop, and may be flush draw post flop. His line more like AA, or AK

In this case it's better 4bet him preflop to really determine his range, fold to a shove or if he smooth calls you, lead out on the flop.

You just gave him both initiative and aggression.
And raise 4x BvsB

I don't think you read the OP. You can see villain's hole cards, not hero's.

ups. sorry . need to think again then
Thanks for correction.

OK. villain is just calling station, that doesn't know where he stands, but can't lay down his hand.
Even if you are bluffing I don't think villain made right choice here. SO basically back to what I wrote before. SB should 4bet and fold to shove. if called bet strong on the flop and shove

Villain's line sucks imo. JJ is plenty strong enough to get it in PF with 60bb bvb.

His line sucks unless he's looking deeply into your soul on the turn. He can't beat TT+,AK,KQ, 9Ts,TJs
