Default NL50 there must be a better way to play this

Only about 20 hands on villain. He's been loose, raising preflop, not very aggressive postflop. Three times he's raised preflop (one was an iso raise) and then shut down when small cards flopped, folding on flop or turn.

How would you play this?

Fold to river bet. I just don't see anyone after 20 hands doing thiss with j10. Only 20 hands in you can afford to fold on the river to this bet. Three streets of betting from him and he raised the donk bet on the flop.

What exactly were you putting him on to call the turn/river? The only thing you beat is a completely random bluff. Fold to the turn bet, definitely fold the river.

Fold turn. You say he's been passive preflop yet you still call his three barrell.

A villain like this could fire 3 streets with JT, but the bets would be a lot smaller than this. You are absolutely crushed here--calling the turn is very ambitious and calling the river is spew.

What does villain have here? It seems to me his bets just don't add up. We're basically concerned about 3 hands -- 44, 22, and AJ. (KJ is possible, but I would really expect him to check the river with that hand.) I doubt he has a set. If he did I would expect him to call the flop donk hoping for a raise from opener. AJ might have squeezed. This player has demonstrated he is not shy about raising preflop.

I think the turn is close. If you call, you're committed to calling the river -- surely he has a bluff at least 1/3 of the time.

I just don't see the short stacking bluffing that often. KJ is definitely possible in his range, along with random str8's and two pairs. Blind defending range is a lot of SC and small pp

Your preflop raise is not that bad of a spot for him to flat QQ+, I think this can also be in his range.

I say just QQ not KK or AA.

Also what was the result of this hand?

Fold Turn or Fold River. I just don't see this play with a worse J too often.
