ok MHiggy32 is just blind alling hes taken down like 5 pots in a row with no 1 playing back then this happened. i know it was right this time but is folding right?

So are you folding to MHiggy32 or the dude that 3 bet. I think this should be a call/shove. If you call it's likely error will fold hands like TT and JJ since your range is mostly monsters, meaning you can get heads up with MHiggy and his ATC. Even if Error snap calls with QQ for example, you're not in that bad a spot.

Remember folding is 0 ev so if there's a + ev alternative option even if it is only marginally so, it's probably correct to do that.

I think this is fine. I wouldn't want to put in 250bbs with the opener and min3bettor still to act.

The only reason why you hesitate here is beacuse you got favourable flop for you AK. If for example it was all low cards you won't even ask it. Anyway it's really bad to put 250BB on raise, 3bet -all in.
