3bet bigger preflop. At least to ~0.3. Since it's 2NL you can go ahead and make it even bigger, maybe .40 or something. You are deep with the guy and giving him good odds to call with ATC.

Im calling a lot of times. Hes on the button and facing a 3-bet and there are only 2 hands you dont want to see AA and KK. I dont think his shove makes that much sense since he has killed all of his value if he thinks you will fold any thing but AA and KK yourself. I think he can have AK, JJ-, and other broadway combos in this spot. And your comments seem to hint at him having done this once or twice already. Some hands and situations I am just going broke and this is one of them.

The fold is ok of course because you only lost 18 cent.
