Default 4bet or shove?

Villain running at 20/18/3.5 over 200 hands. Was at 3 of my tables and for some reason seemed to be coming after me, had 3bet me on a few occasions and this was the first time I was playing back at him.

Obviously I'm never folding here so my question is do you 4bet or shove as I really don't want to call being OOP

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

Button ($25.35)

SB ($47.05)

BB ($8.85)

UTG ($5.05)

MP ($7.95)

Hero ($32.25)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Ac, Kc.

UTG calls $0.25, 1 fold, Hero raises to $1.25, Button raises to $4.5, 2 folds, UTG folds, Hero raises to ??

I think you need to shove here for maximum folding equity if you dont want to call being OOP. If you 4-bet and he calls it kinda sucks when you flop nothing. Also when an Ace or King flops, he will fold his QQ/JJ hands and you dont get any more value.
Shove and embrace the variance i guess .

If you shove AA and KK here too, you could shove, but I really prefer a 4bet, cause you will be able to 4bet bluff or extract more value /w AA or KK.

There are very rarely any good 4bet bluffing spots at 25NL, and I don't think many people at that limit are paying attention to whether you balance your 4bet shoving range.

I think it was Trikkur who said in one of his vids that calling with AK and then shoving the turn was so last month. But he could of made that vid a while ago then it might be back in style.

Seriously, I would say shove. By shoving you can get them to fold a lot but if you call and you do not hit the flop, then you are back to what Trikkur says,
it just sucks being OOP.

Thanks for all the replies, I ended up shoving and he snap-called with KK. I just wasn't sure if I would have played AA or KK the same way which may make me easier to read in the future........ anyway I rivered a flush so happy days

I don't see the point of shoving. What exactly are we trying to accomplish? Making some better hands (22-TT?) fold? Getting worse hands to call (um, AQs/AKo).... I don't know, I just don't like a shove. From what I remember people at $25nl are nitty as fuck when it comes to getting it in PF.

So I'm fine with just calling his 3bet, but I prefer a 4bet to ~40-45% of effective stacks and then get it in either PF or on almost any flop. Maybe I'm way off though because I play 200bb deep most of the time.
