Default Session Review Hand #3

Villain has been at the table for only 24 hands so far but over that time he has seen lots of flops. 57.6/6.1/2.8 over that time. Really not sure what to do here.
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

UTG ($39.50)
MP ($78.45)
Button ($48.50)
SB ($47.75)
Hero (BB) ($61.75)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, Q
UTG calls $0.50, 2 folds, SB calls $0.25, Hero raises to $3, UTG calls $2.50, 1 fold

Flop: ($6.50) 4, 3, 5 (2 players)
Hero bets $4, UTG calls $4

Turn: ($14.50) 2 (2 players)
Hero bets $7.25, UTG calls $7.25

River: ($29) 10 (2 players)
Hero?????

What's our plan now?

Bet/fold. I would bet more on the flop and turn.

Bet/fold just doesn't seem like an option given stack sizes. We'd have to bet something reaaaly small like 1/3-pot, and that just seems really transparent. I'd probably just c/f this, because the guy probably isn't good enough to turn a worse made hand into a bluff, and is floating two streets about never. Basically, if he bets when you check then he's got a straight.

I don't really see a problem with either of your bet sizes. They look just fine to me.
