Preflop: Hero is BB with K, 8
UTG calls $0.50, 4 folds, Hero checks

Flop: ($1.25) 8, 8, J (2 players)

I like your flop play.

On the turn I like checking again. If he has an 8 (which is in his range given he limped UTG) the money is going in either now or on the river so it doesn't matter what you do. If he doesn't have anything you might as well let him try and bluff you again and then you can check raise the approproate amount for you to be able to make a bet that has a chance to take his stack on the next street.

This is my standard line against an unknown.

hmm, hard to say really, cause you are pretty deep and he will check behind quite often.
So basically you either going for all or none, so it's all upto you.
