| weaktight | Hand | AJo - $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Holdem I bet the flop, then, since he called me, I thought he had a 4flush, but, when he checked the turn, I thought about a pair or overcards, and bet the river to bluff a flush, which I guess was an terrible decision no history with villain, just few hands |

I'm not c-betting that flop unless I am barrelling the turn a very high proportion of the time. An ok card comes on the turn so as you bet the flop I think you should be betting again here (although personally I just give up on the flop). The river bet is really bad since the 7 just isn't a scare card on this board at all so no reason to bet here. You mention trying to represent the flush but if you wanted to do that why are you not betting when the flush actually hits?! |

completely misplayed hand. 1: bet on the flop - not against 3 players on this board especially this small. If you decide to bet bet at least 2/3 otherwise it's like welcome to build pot. 2: this is the point where you should bet, not the flop. K is in your range, and if you called there, quit. 3: bet on the river is nothing but pure spewing money. It completes nothing. One more time as it's been said in this post and other posts, if you cbet vs several players on the flop and scary card comes on the river 2barrell and have some notes on your opponents as cbetcall/ WtSD |

Your flop bet was way too small. Make it closer to 4/5-pot or so since it's 4-handed. The turn was an awesome card to double barrel -- checking was pretty horrible. Given how the hand played out your river bluff is not good at all. You said you were trying to bluff out a missed flush draw -- but you're ahead of missed flush draws so what is the point of bluffing him off it?
