Default AVG $/Day at 10NL

Hey guys, just wondering what you winning players have as an avg $/day over about 20 000+ hands at the 10NL.

In november I made about 200 euros in €10NL, and I started playing online on october.

If you are 6-tabling 2 hours a day, I figure something like $10/day is good (and realistical) winrate. If more, you shouldn't be playing NL10 anymore

About that 20k hands sample size... it really doesn't tell you too much. I've had 15k break-even period and over 50k hands (including that break even) my winrate was still 3.1ptBB/100 (in other words 6.2 big blinds for 100 hands).

I think I made about $5/hr at 10NL. Moved to 25NL as soon as I had the roll (deposited only $60).

Good to hear, because I thought my average and $/day was crap.

bb/100 is a better indication of winrate than $/day

Assuming a win rate of 2.5BB/100 hands (PT big bets, i.e. 5 big blinds) - if you play 4 tables, you'd do about 300 hands per hour. Say you play for 5 hours a day, that's 1500 hands per day. (1500/100)*2.5 = 37.5. 37.5*0.2 = $7.50

Adjust as required.
5BB/100 = $15
Play 16 tables as oppose to 4 at 2.5BB/100 = $30.

From what I've read, 2.5BB/100 is respectable at micros, 5BB/100 is beginning to approach the limits of what is sustainable.

I doubt even that is sustainable for many players. Assume 450 hands per hour, over 6 tables. That's 900 hands per day. $10 per 900 hands is $1.11 per hundred hands, which is over 5BB/100 hands (which is a very good win rate at micros).

If you're at faster tables and manage 100 hands per table per hour, $10 over 1200 hands is more doable, working out at just over 4BB/100 hands (still a very, very respectable win rate AFAIK).

Dude that just can't be right. If something like 5ptbb/100 is sustainable at 50NL (which I'm preetty sure it is?), then something like 10-15ptbb/100 should be sustainable at 5NL and 10NL (though obviously you should never stay there when you can make that).

I was making like 6ptbb/100 over like at least 60K hands at 5NL and 10NL without knowing what the **** I was doing. If that was just pure luckboxing, it must have been like one in ten thousand shot D: (If that really is the case, good to know I wasted mine on 5NL and 10NL...) Now, I should be able to make at least twice the sustainable portion of that.

Fair enough, I was taking the numbers from an old 2+2 post, I didn't keep any stats when I played at 10NL.
