really looks like a draw.. or a set trying to protect from the draw.. I lean more towards a draw because of the shove... I think a set 3 bets trying to get value. but either way to avoid variance I think you can let it go and wait for a better spot..

Hey. he is on tilt so you should keep it in mind. With any draw or combe or any he is pushing against you. You have TP but he donks full pot, so no reason to 3bet here. But this is only for this guy In any other situation I would prolly play the same and depending on villain's stats and other factors fold or call One thing, full pot donk bet should put warning sign |

I would just flat call on the flop. If he donked for like half pot or less than I think a raise would be fine. But if he has a draw here and is semibluffing he's already giving himself a shitty price by betting full pot. I wouldn't be thrilled getting stacks in here either, I would much rather reevaluate his actions on the turn. If the turn bricks and he has a draw, theres a pretty good chance he's gonna check or make some gay blocking bet, giving away the strength of his hand. If he has 2 pair or a set, hes most likely going to be the one worried about the draws so he'll be more inclined to make a nice sized bet and you can lean towards folding. Just my 2 cents

Why are you raising the flop and then folding to the shove given your read that the villain could be getting frustrated with you? If you're not happy getting it in on this flop then don't raise villains donk bet, flat call and reevaluate on the turn. |

There are many reads here that could change my play, and it's tough to predict them when I wasn't there. But based on the mere 24/4 stats, I would play the same (except perhaps I would raise a bit more, like $2.40). I expect him to fold most of the time (in which case we protect), and then just call with a draw like he had, he could possibly do this with some weaker hands as well; yet I'm quite sure he'll reraise AJ JT like said so unless he has the always unlikely set I can be confident that I'm not getting trapped. I would bet smallish on a brick turn. If I had a read that he could be frustrated, I might just flat the flop donk to encourage bluffs/protect against flop shove which I don't feel comfy calling, but as said, without having been there I don't know what my read would be like exactly. I would need a super sick read to stack this flop with KJ. I would do it much more easily with AJ, but with KJ I'm very reluctant to get it in unless I'm the one doing the betting and he's the one calling. Even if he does have a nekkid flush draw, he's got 30% equity. An additional overcard and it's almost a flip. |

the donk full pot bet is the killer on a jtx drawy flop, so i might float 1 street or even consider folding. but if you think there is a hint of tilt then i am shoving all in every time. i dont hate your play, and there are always better spots at this levels.
