Default nghtmare1 - Adapting to a new poker site

Just a question about one of the hands in the video: nghtmare1 - Adapting to a new poker site. At 27:12, he lays down 44 in BB to a button raise and says that "out of position, small pocket pairs aren't that great." I always thought that you can call preflop raises with pocket pairs as long as the opponent's stack size is big enough to justify the call.

if everybody folded and button raises and you have spp, unless you are and the raiser deep stacks, it's better just to fold. You are oop and hitting 1/8 times, also his button range is quite wide, so you won't stack him that often,.

Try to play spp in multiway pot and desirably IP, oop with no callers and CO or button raise, see if that guy stacks off with TP

hope this helped
