Hand 1: I think a prefer flatting his 3 bet and probably calling most non-heart rivers. The river value bet is pretty thin, I check behind here against an uknown.

Hand 2: I think this is ok against an aggro player since they'll bluff this board with air often enough. It's pretty read dependent though.

Hand 3: This is tricky. Without the As I think this can be folded with some ease. I guess his range would be like 5s6s, 6s7s, 7s8s, JT, QT, AT and perhaps a K with Qs. Doubt he plays 9T,KT and JQ like this.

Putting this into pokerstove you've got like 31% equity so you're not quite getting the right price imo but it's close.
