On such a drawy board you should c/r the flop. Saying you should flat the turn is being results orientated and won't win you more money in the long run. |

This guy is pretty aggro (I have him as 22/20 with 13% 3bet over ~500 hands), so taking a passive line isn't horrible... but that doesn't make it the best line for value. Considering the wetness of the flop I actually would rather c/r immediately. The turn c/r is basically always a big hand, and this guy seems like a competent enough player to realize that one pair is no good when you c/r the turn. Another thing that sticks out about BIGJ is that he almost never goes to showdown. In all the $25nl hands I have on him he's gone to showdown ONE time. These are mostly datamined, but on Cereus you can see mucked cards in the HH even as an observer. I'm not sure what adjustment I'd make because of that, but it's definitely odd. There's also a strong argument for just donking into him on the flop. Aggressive players will often raise a donk bet on the flop. It's just not a play that I make enough that I'd know what to do on later streets should he raise us.
