Default How is my line?

Cake Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.04 BB (5 handed) - Cake-Poker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

UTG ($6.13)
MP ($3.69)
Button ($4)
Hero (SB) ($9.86)
BB ($0.40)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A, A
UTG calls $0.04, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.20, 1 fold, UTG calls $0.16

Flop: ($0.44) 3, A, 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.34, UTG raises to $0.68, Hero??

---
Villian had been playing a ton of hands...limp/calling preflop.

Preflop is pretty standard, I believe, but I'm curious about the flop. I've got a monster, but there is a flush draw and a straight draw (although I wouldn't think 2-5 was in his range...but I've seen stranger things happen) so I think betting is the right move.

1) Should I ever check this flop?
2) Should I just flat his raise or come over the top?

Trying to figure out how to get the most value without putting my aces at risk...which seems to happen a lot lately.

I'd just reraise for value. He either has air which he'd likely give up with, or something thats never folding; ie any draw or any ace.

I 3bet since the board is pretty drawy and there are a lot of cards which could kill your action on the turn.

So I like a 3bet to ~$2.20 and put villain allin on any turn.

Thanks for the comments. I did reraise him to about $2.40 or so and he folded. The way he had been playing, I was expecting him to come over the top again, but I guess he thought my bet was a standard cbet.

2.40 is a bit bigger than I would have gone (I would have raised to around 1.80), but bet/3bet is the only flop line that makes sense.
