I would have bet the turn and river for value and re-evaluate if raised. As played, I call.

I prefer a bet/fold on the turn as we can still get value from weaker kings.

C/c, c/c is okay with me, but I'd probably bet the turn for value. Never take this line and fold the river, snap call.
