Default Shove flush draw + overcard

Villain is 17/13/3. What range of cards should I have put him on and knowing this range should i have folded to his raise on the flop?

I don't really like 3betting this hand in the first place unless he's got attempt to steal and fold to 3bet stats that are out of line with the other stats you've posted. As played, I would probably check/shove the flop. As you played the flop, his range is strong, but in such a big pot, there was probably enough dead money to shove your naked flush draw (I wouldn't be counting on an A as an out).

It's OK to shove a draw in 3bet pots... But as given said, I wouldn't count A as an out, because his most likely hand is AQ here when he makes the call.
