I don't understand the whole discussion... it's an easy value bet for me, since he should raise about all hands, that have us beat on the turn, cause the board is pretty drawheavy. If he's not doing that, he's very likely to be a fish at those stakes, cause ppl don't think on lvl 2 that often at 4NL so that if he slowplays a set there should be enough other hands to make it a profitable value bet.
I never played at 4NL, but I just go bet-bet-bet against fish at my stakes here...

People are extremely nitty at nano-stakes NL. More than likely the money this guy has on the table is his entire roll. If you think he'll call a shove with worse you are wrong.
