Default NL25 all-in on the flop with twopair

My thougt when playing this was that I had the best hand on the flop. After having my twopair minraised, I raised to all-in. That would be a EV+ play against draws and pairs, and paying of sets, better twopairs and straights.

Is this a spew? Could it be analysed in some way to see if my play is winning or not? I guess that if the pot were larger compared to the stacks, it could be good, but now I'm not sure. If you had AA, KK or a set, would this play be good?

$25 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players

Hero (BB): $24.03
UTG: $27.75
MP: $28.67
CO: $71.39
BTN: $10.01
SB: $25.35

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is BB with T 9
2 folds, CO calls $0.25, 2 folds, Hero raises to $1, CO calls $0.75

Flop: ($2.10) T 9 J (2 players)
Hero bets $2, CO raises to $4, Hero raises to $23.03 all in

hard to say without some reads on your opponents

JT 99 JJ 1010 78 KQ and Q7 all beat you

You're a slight favorite over flushdraws without a queen, even a very slight dog when they have a queen

OESD's (with no club) you are 70/30

One pair hands with oesd: 60/40 dog

Let's assume without reads we can remove AK AA KK and QQ from his range at a minimum. Lets also assume he's not a total donk and wont play Q7 or other trashy hands

I'd say you're flipping at best. Worse hands might call this shove, but they aren't going to be as big a dog as you'd like

If you don't have pokerstove, download it (for free!), and try to put vil on a range, and see how you fare.

q7 was mentioned for range purposes. And yes, Q7 is a 51% favorite assuming one club

Again I'm mistyping what I mean. If we put Q7 in (with a club) into everything he would conceivably call the all in with, we're at best a 51/49 dog.

Mea Culpa

25NL min raise is usually a hand that's calling an all in ... I don't like the shove. I think at BEST he's got a good draw with a pair or over cards.

You can find a better spot.

Yes, that's true. I've though a bit about this hand, and have come to the conclusion that this type of play only generates downswings.

The all-in is called to much by better. Being called by a pair+draw is probably the best that can happen. But even so, the large variance can put me on tilt only itself. I think a better line would have been to pot-control it and fold to cards that looks like villain could have improved his hand.

This hand and a few other actually burned down my bankroll in a few days. Guess I was playing to wild. I'm a winning player, but I think I need to rebuild my roll more often than I should need. I had just been taking a shot at NL50 but was forced to move down. So I guess I was a bit tilted when playing it. In fact I have had too less sleep the night before, so not play at all would have been profitable.
