Default 2nd Pair TK ...what's the play?

UTG Villian I didn't really have any reads on
SB Villian played really loose. Loved to Min raise pf and min bet/check flop and turn then make a decent sized bet (sometimes an overbet) on River. He played a ton of hands and didn't usually fold his blind to a raise. I wasn't sure though if he was getting good cards or if he was playing reckless b/c he wasn't showing much down. I was leaning towards reckless.

Cake Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.04 BB (5 handed) - Cake-Poker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

SB ($7.29)
BB ($2.40)
UTG ($1.82)
Hero ($5.85)
Button ($3.78)

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q, A
MP calls $0.04, Hero bets $0.18, 1 fold, BB calls $0.16, 1 fold, MP calls $0.14

Flop: ($0.60) K, Q, 10 (3 players)
BB checks, MP checks, Hero bets $0.45, BB calls $0.45, MP calls $0.45

Turn: ($1.95) 5 (3 players)
BB checks, MP checks, Hero checks

River: ($1.95) 5 (3 players)
BB bets $1, 1 fold
---
1) Should I bet the turn? I felt like I should, but decided just to check behind.

2) Is this an easy play one way or the other or the other (raise) on the river?

Any other comments are, of course, welcome.

I bet the turn almost always.

~ Your hand is probably best so value is to be had against these loose fish.
~ They're peeling flop w/ any J or A (as well as weaker pairs).
~ You want to charge them for drawing.

If called you have a simple check behind.

I think giving up after the c-bet doesn't work is perfectly OK. In fact, I might not even c-bet here at all because the flop is very drawy, there's alot of high cards, and we're multi-way. Maybe a delayed c-bet, if they're drawing, they're gonna like their hands alot less after the brick turn.

As played, calling on the river is fine because our hand is a bluff-catcher and there's alot of busted draws in his range, but raising the river is bad because it turns our hand into a bluff against a shorty who's already put 2/3 of his stack in the pot.

Imo against those players: bet turn and check behind river >>> check turn and call a river bet

agreed. even the worst of the worst 4nl players are going to sense weakness in the turn check and generally fire a big river bet if they have any piece of the board, and sometimes when they don't.

giving him a fairly wide range of non-nut hands (if he has the nuts its a cooler and his play saved you lots of money), you're 60% to win the hand, so without reads, as playd I'd probably fold and give him credit for at least a king.

That's for the responses. I almost folded the hand, but the fact that he had done this over and over made we think he didn't have anything...plus I just wanted to see what he had. I called and he had A9o.
