Default KQ poorly played

The opponent seems like a decent player. I can't recall his stats. Should I have bet the turn...if so how much? The river call I guess might have been bad, since there are a lot of 10's in his range. I dunno, this was one of those hands where I called and felt lucky and donkish.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) -

Button ($39.07)
SB ($4.40)
BB ($38.43)
UTG ($24.48)
Hero (MP) ($51.32)
CO ($24.75)

Preflop: Hero is MP with Ks Qh
Hero bets $0.85, 1 fold, Button calls $0.85, 2 folds

Flop: ($2.05) Kd, 9d, 4s
Hero bets $1.50, Button calls $1.50

Turn: ($5.05) Js
Hero checks, Button bets $2, Hero calls $2

River: ($9.05) Qc
Hero checks, Button bets $4, Hero calls $4

Total pot: $17.05 | Rake: $0.85

I don't fault you for calling the turn or river looks like a missed flush/Straight draw with the Ad. If he's playing a set or straight this weak, take a note and don't fall for it again.

Looking at it again, I don't know WTF to make of the River bet he made. Polarized between Nuts/Air I guess, really odd.

Yeah my initial thoughts were that he had a flush draw or straight draw. So I guess I should have bet the turn, and then maybe check call river?

maybe....

His bet size is just too wierd to get my mind around. On one hand it looks like a draw. On the other, I have seen this as a rereraise all in trap.

Bet/fold the river might be best, but this hand is super odd to be honest.

Would someone really bet $4 to $9 with a busted draw? What is he planning to get to fold there?

You should be betting the turn, instead of giving draws a cheap card.

There is a missed draw, so I'd rather check-call than bet-fold. If he really is a good player, he could also be valuebetting KJ here, after Hero checks. His turn play on the other hand pretty much tells he doesn't have it.

I think check-fold and check-call are the best options, but since there is a lot of Ts in his range and he bets so small (like he doesn't want a fold) I would fold.

I'd b/f 3.75 on the turn.
