Default QQ from BB, stiff early bet...what's the play?

Villian is an unknown...had only been at the table a short time. The big stack (UTG) had been raising my BB from the UTG spot a lot and I was ready to make a big 3 bet, but the UTG + 1 bet surprised me. Anyway...what's the play?

With less than 75bb effective stacks you should NEVER even consider folding QQ preflop. I'd ship it in against 14/12 guy anytime with those stacks. That is just because if he is playing shortstack, he is pretty much getting it in with JJ+, AK and AQ...

You have 51% equity against that range and you also have folding equity, if we believe that he folds 88-TT and AJ here. If he doesn't you are even more ahead of his range so that isn't too bad either.

3bet to around 1,2 or 1,5 and snap if he shoves.Maybe even more,he raised almost 10x;
get the much money in with a small stack as possible preflop with such hands,
commits him and makes your post flop action much easier too.
Since he is so small stacked Im always willing to get it in pre
