I like a flat call here. I don't think you have much fold equity, and if you raise, you have to call a shove (because of his 70bb stack), even though you'll usually be behind when you get it in on the flop. But you do have lots of outs (the K and the Q are often outs here, and you have the backdoor FD) and are IP.

Wait a few seconds then call. If he pots it on the turn I'm shoving. edit... stupid short stacks. Okay, I'm not shoving over a pot-bet on the turn. I'd actually fold a lot if he bets hard on the turn. |

raise to 6 or 7. This will most likely give you a free card on the turn. Shove the turn with any spade akq9, or check anything else. If he shoves you have 35% equity against 2pair and well over 44% against one pair.

I was originally going to say call, but I do think a small raise here has a lot of merit. If he shoves you don't care about getting it in with 2 overs and the OESD. And if he just calls you can check behind if you miss turn or bet if you hit.
