You have to fold, but it sucks. I don't mind checking behind here. There aren't a ton of terrible cards on the turn and most of them give you a draw anyway, so you don't have to worry about protecting your hand as much as protecting your stack.

This is the part that I am trying to learn. When to bet the flop, whether we connected or not as in value betting and a standard cbet. Here my hand is vulnerable, but has a descent amount of showdown value I would think and that is where I need to improve my game and what I am currently working on.
