Raise to like $20 total in order to fold out the other two and get it in with the short stack.

Essentially I would like to shove, but with the other deeper stack I do probably just raise like like 18-22ish.

Not giving anything away yet cuz I thinkt here's some good discussion to be had here:

Obviously we are wanting to isolate here against the shortstack, but if we are raising to ~20, aren't we essentially shoving anyhow? If one of the cold callers shoves, are we really going to fold getting roughly 3:1?

No we arent going to fold if they shove, but by open shoving here we only get called if the cold callers have KK/AA. If we raise to 20, sometimes you see them do crazy stuff with mid PPs because there is dead money in the pot. This just happened to me recently and one of the CCers shoved and I called with JJ and he showed 44.

What about a fold?
UTG has JJ+, AQs, AKs or AKo, if he is not completly insane (and we have no stats on him, that say, that he's a maniac) and we're playing 25NL here (so no light limp-raising)... he is limp-raising in a raiser /w 2callers = very strong, so we're running about 60:40 against him, have to get it in for $16 and if we raise preflop we're commited against any other deep stack, who could have something strong, too... so I hate this spot, have not invested so much in the pot and happy with decreasing my variance...
