I would 3bet to ~5 preflop. On the flop, I'd check and hope that it went bet/raise/3bet behind me so I could safely fold, but I'd CRAI a lot of the times that it doesn't. Stacks sizes are pretty awkward for leading the flop.

Seriously, that 3-bet was really bad. With this hand in the BB, against just one villain I'd be 3-betting to $3, with one call of the raise I'd up it to $4, two calls I'd up it to $5, and so on... A small 3-bet is just really bad. I'm not folding on this flop... I'd bet/3-bet and just get the money in for the afore mentioned reasons. |

Well, even your preflop 3bet was a bit small it's not horrible to get it in, cause your Stack-to-pot-ratio is so good and you got and overpair! So make a weakish CB of about 6 so you gain some bluffs and get it in on the turn, if sb calls or just call, if sb shoves on the flop.
