Default TPTK on scary board in 3way 4bet pot

Villain was playing pretty loose and aggressive (when I converted the hands and looked at PT, he was 73/21/2.4 over 85 hands, but I didn't know those stats at the time). I was going for a CRAI on the flop, but his bet size didn't allow it. I don't like that turn card, but with $14 left in a $29 pot, do I need to just stick it in?

Hero raises to $0.7, Button raises to $1.2, 1 fold, BB calls $1, Hero raises to $3, Button calls $1.80, BB calls $1.80.

I'm getting this in somehow, but I think I give him a chance to bluff at something if there is any chance he will fold somehting like KK here.

Ya, you just have to go with it here and jam the turn.

Your 4-bet was way too small. I'd go with more like $5...

I wouldn't check this flop multi-way. I'd lead out for 2/3 pot. As played I like your raise size. The turn card kind of sucks, but I don't see how you do anything but shove.

Players with those type of stats you are looking to get in with. Even though you didnt know the stats at the time you can easily sense that he is way too loose, playing against a player like this you have to open up your shoving range, even on scary boards. You can't wait for the nutz against a crazy player, it may never come

You're right. The reason for my 4bet sizing is a line I see a lot on Red Star--the min3bet followed by a 5bet shove, which represents extreme strength. I was trying to ferret that out on the cheap. But it was an overreaction, as I won't be up against someone trying to do that all that often. I think that I should have raised to at least $4.
