Initial pusher had been doing this kind of thing and l/caller was pretty loose preflop, but not so much post. Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver) MX ($28.65) Button ($39.20) SB ($45.40) BB ($27.45) UTG ($35.80) MP ($10.25) Preflop: MX is CO with Q , J . 1 fold, MP calls $0.25, MX raises to $1.1, 2 folds, BB calls $0.85, MP calls $0.85. Flop: ($3.40) 8 , K , T (3 players)BB bets $26.35 (All-In), MP calls $9.15 (All-In), MX??????? Really unsure what to do here.

I just busted out of a tournament with almost this exact scenario. I had the combo draw, original bettor had top 2, next caller had nut flush draw. I've found that in this situation, one player usually has a better flush draw. Other guy might have TPGK or better. |

definitely a snap call, you are getting better odds to call since it is 3-way, and every hand you hit is essentially the nutz. This is a cash game get your money in and if you lose rebuy, but this is a great spot to get a good stack.

Thanks all. I did make the call. BB had Ad 9d and mp had Qs Js. The turn was a blank but the river was the wonderful 9h giving me a straight flush

Well, I think I would fold that on the flop! 1. Your not a huge favourite and will win in about 1/3 of the time, if BB-handrange is not total crap (maybe he pushes A and K-high flushdraws, twopair or better and bluffs 20% of the time /w A-high) 2. You have no fold equity 3. The pot before the push was quite small So... this situation seems marginal to me, so just reduce your variance and fold. |
