Default KQ utg flops top pair on wet board

Villain was 21/6/.8 and seemed to be staying out of the way pretty much. How does this look?

How many hands were those stats from?

Against most villains I'd have raised somewhere, but this guy just looks super weak-tight from those stats so I'm actually more inclined to call him down if he bets smallish or just fold if he bets near pot.

If I the stats are over a large enough sample that they are probably reliable then I really can't think of a single hand he'd double barrel with that you beat.

yikes, thought I had the # hands in there. This was over ~125 hands or so, so obviously nothing really significant.

I figured this was a wa/wb situation and figured I had some showdown value here, so just played it very passively.

i like the river check i feel like you got two streets of value and a river bet just opens you up for a c/r. fine as played

Did you see him donking before? This looks like a draw to me... maybe Ax of spades or T9. So I would maybe raise the flop or play the same line you did and fold to a river bet.
