Default Checking behind to river in 3bet pot w TT

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (7 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

SB ($2.66)
BB ($1)
UTG ($3.99)
MP1 ($1.27)
MP2 ($1.41)
Hero (CO) ($9.55)
Button ($5.22)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 10, 10
UTG calls $0.05, MP1 bets $0.10, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.30, 3 folds, UTG raises to $0.95, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.65

Flop: ($2.07) K, 6, J (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($2.07) Q (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks

River: ($2.07) 7 (2 players)
UTG bets $0.95, Hero folds

Total pot: $2.07 | Rake: $0.13

Villain plays oddly. One hand I remember distinctly, he sits down, raises up KQ, c/c's a K hi board, bet A turn, bet river, calls minraise. So I basically put him on a monster trying to play super tricky backwards again.

Preflop, calling 13bb 3bet (I don't count minraiser UTG, blahhh) vs guy with only 80bb start of hand, I thought it was kinda spewy but hoping to make up for it by how tricky he plays post. Should this be a regular fold?

You absolutely are, but this hand isn't an example of it. Fold preflop to the limp/4bet.

Folding preflop is good. You'd need a read that villain l/rr's 99 or AK and worse to call and they're just not doing that. Postflop is good. No need to call the river with 4th pair. Checking down underpairs postflop may seem weak-tight but villain is really giving away alot of value letting you see multiple cards for free or letting you get to a cheap showdown.

Fold pre-flop. A limp reraise is so strong here, but more importantly, villain isn't deep enough to turn this into a set mining situation. As played, you're never good here. I would only call here to gain information on villain if he's a regular.

LOL, thank you Mr. Given, point noted.

Serioulsy, I do think I play too weak-tight, then overcompensate by donkey aggro spewing at times. It's a wierd (or maybe very common??) imbalance and I've struggled with my inability to come to grips with it for a long time.

donkey-aggrospewing is OK sometimes, like check-shoving turns 100bb deep with draws etc... But making loose calls a habit is almost never OK. (ok, actually some guys like OMGClayAiken seem to do well despite being huge calling stations)

limp/reraises are just stupid (AA or KK). Fold preflop. He must have been sitting there going please bet...please bet....damm

If he had a bigger stack for you to set mine with the correct odds then the call is fine but as it stands you are not even getting those
