Default One pair final hands

I seem to loose a hell of a lot on my one hands, is this standard or a leak?

Examples? This does sound like a leak but it might not necessarily be.

Not on home pc at the mo so cant give any examples. But yesterday I sorted my hands tab on poker tracker by "final hands" and noticed I was loosing money overall with "high cards" and "one pairs" which i think could be pretty standard but obv depends on the amounts which i dont have to hand.

wondering if other ppl have similair trends on their one pair/high card figures? and what sort of % would not be a leak with one pair hands....

Royal Flush $+
Straight flush $+
Quads $+
Full house $+
Flush $+
Straight $+
Trips $+
Two pair $+

one pair $- (substantially more then H card)
high card $-

Its obv to do with the better then hand the hard it is to loose money with, ie one pair and high card will always make less money then the rest

if it is a leak... should i be more/less agreesive with one pair hands?

note: I am running at a decentish winrate.. ie winning overall but loosing most with one pair hands

I have the same problem. When there's betting on all three streets postflop, one pair is often not good. FWIW I've always heard that the 'average-strength' winning hand in HE is two pair.

You realize that those stats count you as having one pair when the board is paired, right?

Also underpairs and mid/bottom pairs.

In HEM you can just go to the Reports section and where it says "select report name from list" in the top list, you can switch it to 'hands at showdown (Detailed)'... which is better than 'hands at showndown'. This will show you everything in different rows e.g 'one pair - top pair top kicker' or 'one pair - second pair' or even 'Straight - one card nut' etc.
