TP+FD facing flop 3-bet oop

Villain is 27/24/4 and c-bets 70% over 150 hands. He seems solid not bluffy.

I've already called from the blinds and c/r'd him twice. He folded each time, don't know if that's affected him. I don't think he's bluffing here. Still, I have alot of equity. Stack off?

Shoving 8.20 to win 11.80 (assuming he always calls ai) gives pot odds of 1.44:1 or 41%. So the shove is good versus that range.

Actually he had the nuts Th9h giving me equity of 40% so getting all-in is breakeven even if I saw his cards.

The thing is when he 3-bets I know I'm not good but I wasn't sure how much equity I had relative to the pot odds, turns out it's alot.
