Tough Spot with AQ OOP

I feel really nitty after reviewing this but at the time I felt crushed.

He had to have a set or AQ in this spot like almost all of the time - other than that putting me on JJ and lower and trying to bluff me off the hand. But at these stakes, I don't think so.

I feel this is a correct lay down if that is his range I can only chop at best if he has a hand.

What do you think?

Any stats on villain? How often is he calling EP raises? The flat call on flop and the turn raise is usually a very strong hand like flopped sets and possibly a flopped straight here. I like the follow through of betting the Q on the turn, but the fold is likely to be the correct one here. You have shown strength all the way through. NH.

Secondly, I think it is ok to just ck/fold this flop as that board hits his range quite strongly. PP's, SC's are his likely holdings with his flat call on the button.
