Like most things, it depends on the villain. The same boards that are good to cbet in raised pots are good to cbet in 3bet pots.

This is a very wet board considering call-3bet ranges. Cbet is not nec bad, but this is not a VERY good board to cbet on at all.

I don't understand, you think a random player in MP is only calling with these hands?

With as many as 10 outs and another 4 to barrel, I think checking is horrendous.

No. I think it's a decent approximation of hands they'll be calling with.
