Default Trip Aces, Jack Kicker against a solid LAG

Villian is a a bit laggy but still solid running 34/24 agg. factor 1.6 and calls preflop raises 28% of the time after 259 hands.
He chose a somewhat tricky line, how to deal with his river bet?

No-Limit Hold'em, $0.20 BB (4 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

SB ($13.30)
BB ($18.53)
UTG ($13.56)
Hero (Button) ($43.02)

Preflop: Hero is Button with J, A
UTG calls $0.20, Hero bets $0.90, 1 fold, BB calls $0.70, 1 fold

Flop: ($2.10) A, 9, A (2 players)
BB bets $1.57, Hero calls $1.57

Turn: ($5.24) 7 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $3.93, BB calls $3.93

River: ($13.10) 3 (2 players)
BB bets $12.13 (All-In), Hero calls $12.13

Total pot: $37.36

Results below:
Hero had J, A (three of a kind, Aces).
BB had 9, 9 (full house, nines over Aces).
Outcome: BB won $35.51

I snap-call the river bet. Just plain unlucky imo. Villain isn't solid either, his stats are those of a fishy regular. Unlikely to be better than a breakeven fpp pro.

Opponent's line is absolutely ridiculous. Calling down AJ is fine.

Results are only good for taking notes, they're irrelevant in strategy discussions.

I'd say results are somewhat relevant in discussions, majorly for beginning players. In the end, it helps to check how your "strategy guessing" correlates with a real situation. Not a big deal, but helps.

But yeah, the results should not be shown right at the beginning of the thread.

I would call that river bet as well. I think it is an ok call. The only thing I would be affraid of is like A7 A3 A9 only because he limp call and bet the flop telling me he got something on flop or that he had slow played Pocket Pair and thinks his two pair is good.
