Default set against a TAG, unraised pot, 3-flush board.

Villian is a TAG running 21/17 agg. factor 2.8 after 100 hands.
He confused me with his checkraise on the river. Did i play this wright?

I would check river. Any lone high spade doesn't call you and J's probably fold as well. Is this too nitty?

Villian filled up his SB pre, can be a wide range of hands.
on the flop he could be betting nearly everything and after he just calls my raise i excluded 2pairs and sets in my mind and put him on a made flush (slowplaying) or a draw, a draw is more likely so i kept on betting and he just called again, another indication for him holding a drawing hand, no raise on the flop and only a check-call on the turn and then a check on a blanked river. so i put him on a missed draw or TP with a medium kicker JxTs? or so, a hand he propably would call my thin river value bet with but after his raise there is really a discrepancy in his line and a discrepancy is often a bluff. unfortunately he had a flush... bad play or just unlucky?

The bet sizing on the turn should be set up a little bit bigger for a shove on the river. In theory a bet/fold is good on such a board but the stack size is too awkward for that and I think stacking off is fine. Worse hands might find a call, such as two pair or AsQ or similar.
