I would like a 4bet pre since he is probably never bluffing in a SB vs UTG situation so it's a good idea to get more money in pre against his value range. Some people do stupid things like 3bet/folding a hand like AQ or JJ so I guess you could make an argument for just calling if he's one of those people.

As played I would just raise the flop for the same reason I would 4bet pre - he always has a hand and just wants to get the money in. You wouldn't want an A or even a K to roll off and kill your action against his QQ/JJ. And even if he has air (AQ/AK ?) he is unlikely to continue bluffing once you call the cbet so no point in calling and "letting him bluff".

P.S. leave out results

I think I'm almost never flatting 3bets with KK/AA, and if I do it is to shove like any flop. Once you called the flop, why don't you shove the turn? The situation is different here (compared to your other post with KK), I mean after 3bet/bet/bet you definitely sure the opp likes his hand, and there are no scare cards for him on the board, so get it in. The only "missed" but strong hands are AhKh/AhQh, and they are big dogs, and unlikely to bet blank river but might feel committed if you shove (the turn).
