Readless, I think it is at least becoming close...
In my experience people are getting tighter and tighter pre now. There are still hotshots shoving AK/JJ pre fullstacked, but if you do not have stats/reads it is safer to assume they 4bet/5bet with KK+ (QQ is flatting 3bets/4bets most often). In some circumstances, like when the villain cold-shoves your limper-iso, or when there is a shortie in a pot, QQ/AK might be encountered as well.
In your example, there is a (small) chance the villain is on weaker hand even after he 4bets you and coldcaller. But if you shove this deep, it will be miraculous to see anything other than AA (and sometimes KK) calling. Depending on 4bet-size I'd rather flat trying to suck the caller in as well, and proceed very cautiously, potcontrolling wherever it is possible.
This is kinda sucks, but if you manage to lose less with KK against very likely AA you are winning money, reciprocally
