I'd just c/c here, you risk overreping your hand if you bet the A and I don't think you get called light enough to valuebet a second street.

Check-raising flop is good, betting is fine too, but the turn is just a check, usually to call, for reasons already stated.

I did check turn. He bet and I folded. I actually didn't want any decision on river coz I guess he would've bet river also.

If you check-raise the flop, is it to call a shove? If he just flats your check-raise, do you shutdown or have other plans for TR?

I like check-calling the flop and most turns (or strong leading non-highcard turns), and check-folding the river expecting he will go for two streets with worse pairs and check behind any river UI
