Default NL50: turned 2pair with JT

Not much can I say about the opp, the hand was played maybe on 3rd orbit, and he has shown to be somewhat aggressive prior to that.

Do you think raising the turn is mandatory?
As played, how much would you bet once he checks the river?

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Hero (MP) ($54.30)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 10, J
1 fold, Hero bets $1.50, 2 folds, BB calls $1

Flop: ($3.25) A, 9, J (2 players)
BB bets $2, Hero calls $2

Turn: ($7.25) 10 (2 players)
BB bets $4, Hero calls $4

I think you played fine. I don't think he weak leads with many worse hands that will call a turn raise. I would hope to get a river barrel out of him. Now that we didn't, I'd bet something like 5.

There's a straight draw on board so I'd actually like a small turn raise (maybe like a little over a minraise). But river bet is mandatory as played.
