Default Rivered trips vs aggro

villain is playing quite laggy and is a competent player. He is running at 32/25/27 over 125 hands or so.

I'd raise this preflop. As played, I'd fold flop or turn. I'd raise the river and fold to a 3bet/shove.

i'd raise turn. Cos the turn is pretty much a blank. As played i call river. Raising river you only get called with better most of the time.

Lol, what an aggro player ^^
With these stats he is very unlikely to call! He will raise or fold most of the time, so I would make a little raise on the river so he can reraise (and he will do this with most J any 9 and straight, but we beat most of that).

@ given: You would fold with second pair good kicker vs an hyperaggro-player on the flop? Wow Well, and he could be semi-bluffing with a lot on the turn and it's only half pot, so a call here should be fine.
@ oosshhh: Don't you think, that he is likely to pay of with a J here?

I think it's a reverse implied odds spot on a super wet board in a limped pot against a hyper aggro player. I figure to be facing further barrels almost always, and there are not a lot of cards left in the deck that I like.

Well, I think, that my hand is weak enough, so I can fold, if a scare card somes (so the reverse implied odds are not sooo big). So I just look at the turn and call here a resonable bet again, if a blank hits, cause I feel, that we are ahead here most of the time, cause he could be semi-bluffing a lot.

This is definitely a reasonable line. I just don't feel comfortable playing multiple streets in a limped pot with a marginal hand without the betting lead because I never do it.
