I'm borderline on the call PF, even with position. I'd need a solid read on my opponent. As played, there isn't much else you can do.

Pre-flop call is fine with me... but I definitely fold to his flop 3-bet. You beat absolutely nothing and by calling you are really committing yourself to call his remaining stack.
