| I don't think there's a lot of floating in 3bet pots on boards like this going on at 10NL, and OP said that villain is passive, so if he did call the flop light, he's not likely to bet the turn.

c/f the turn is the best play, I think. If you bet the turn you might fold some afraid A or something, but not very often! Most of the time you're just giving your money away, if you double barrel here /w KK. |
