Default 3 Bet Pot with AK on a Dry Flop. Whats you move?

Full Tilt Poker $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

Villian was playing a 15/10/oo tag style.

MP: $27.60
CO: $86.75
BTN: $20.45
SB: $35.60
Hero (BB): $29.80
UTG: $8.15

Pre Flop: Hero is BB with Kd Ad
UTG raises to $0.85, 2 folds, BTN raises to $2.25, 1 fold, Hero raises to $7.70, 1 fold, BTN calls $5.45

Flop: ($16.35) 6h Jh 3s (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $8.25, Hero folds

On this flop i really did not want to Cbet as i would have had to go all in with AK high, when villian could easily have pocket 88 - JJ.
How would you have played this hand?

Someone flatting your cold 4 bet has a huge hand. Check/Fold here is fine.
At NL25, I don't see any reason to cold 4 bet a 15/10 who 3 bets here. He's probably only 3 betting QQ+ and AKo and you're oop and behind this range. His range could even be tighter at AA/KK against which you're crushed.
When nits 3 bet, its best to get out of the way.

^^
