I seem to get in ALOT of these spots and i always loose the full buy in but i just can't seem to get away from it because there are to many hands i beat .
Any advice from you guys?

Losing the stack /w AA on that board is fine. He won't have quads sooo often

I would maye make my 3bet 3.5$ and don't play it that fast postflop, but makes no difference in the end.
