Any reason you 4bet only to 9? A 4bet is so strong anyway and if he wants to call he won't fold cause you bet 10 or 11 most of the time. And if you 4bet to about 10.50$ it's a little easier to get it in postflop.
I just call, cause we still can get it in within 2 streets and he is more likely to call us down with a weaker holding, if we don't raise.

Calling this every time. He's got a queen a ton, and he's going to fold to a shove... so I call and it's easy to get it in on the turn.

With his PF 3bet, and lead into a queen high board, I don't think you're going to have much trouble getting it in at any point here. Shoving flop is probably what I'd do, though I can see calling and shoving over any bet on a non queen turn, to try to get another bet out of AK that whiffed and was feeling forggy that might fold to a flop shove. Either line is fine.
