I check back the turn, hoping to get to showdown as cheaply as possible after villain donks full pot into 3 players. The river discounts 88 as a possibility and makes 22 the only hand you're really worried about (I guess he could show up with 3c5c sometimes). I think this is a call.

I believe this is a typical case where you should keep the pot small with small hands. You have TP with very decent kicker and you are building a big pot by betting the turn. I'd check the turn and call any "normal-sized" bet on the river.

I really don't mind the turn bet at all. When randoms donk the flop for pot then check the turn it usually means a draw. The fact that he doesn't check-raise the turn is also indicative of a draw and not a set. Betting the turn is really your only way to get money out of a draw, so I don't see why it's so bad. As for this river... this sucks a lot, but I really would want to lay it down... I'm pretty torn though and I have a feeling I'd actually call if I was playing the hand. |

Turn check-raise is a monster like every time... I think I could fold this without to much difficulty if we weren't getting 5-1 (not sure if we would be or not because I'm too lazy to check). Yeah, didn't notice the Ac. For some reason I was thinking the flop was 8xQcXc... Let's go with Kc8c since that's the kind of hand I was actually thinking he had (middle pair + flush draw). |
