Default Just did not see it coming

Did i play this OK - I just did not see his hand

I am a BIG fish gills flapping when i hit my straight I had to call though didnt I

Hand 1 I'm pretty happy getting all in on the turn. It's just an unfortunate turn card for you. What you should do is take a note that he donks out with draws after limp calling pre flop and then calls a pot sized raise on the flop.

Hand 2, I dunno, with all the weakness shown by the limpers I like raising pre to 5-6BB to take the pot down there and if called you have the initiative post flop. As played I think check/calling the river would be the best option. Your bet on the river probably folds out all inferior hands, gets called by the same hand sometimes and gets raised by superior hands. By checking you can induce a bluff since some players like bluffing with 4 to a straight on the board.
