Default 50NL - QQ facing 3-bet IP : call or 4-bet ?

Played ~40 hands with the opponent (3-bet% = 2), which isn't enough for the 3-bet stat to be really significant. So, what is the best option against the average 50NL player while in position ? Do you play it differently out of position ? Thanks !

Stacks:
UTG ($107.10)
Hero ($52.80)
CO ($15.40)
BTN ($51.75)
SB ($49.50)
BB ($75.75)

Pre-flop: ($0.75, 6 players) Hero is UTG+1

1 fold, Hero raises to $1.75, CO calls $1.75, 2 folds, BB raises to $7.25, $5.5 to Hero ($51.05)?

I've gotten away from 4 betting Queens lately as I am likely only getting them to fold or have them push when I am behind. Smooth call both IP and OOP.

just call and take a flop. I wouldn't be too happy getting it in preflop because he's probably not doing it light since you raised from an early position.

Without history with villain, I usually call. OOP I would be more likely to 4bet, but it's still context specific--I would be much more likely to 4bet someone on the button who 3bet my CO open than someone UTG+1 who 3bet my UTG open.

call, reevaluate flop, post flop time baby!
if flop is r and one over card like A, K, J, wouldnt mind donk leading since its H/U. if its Q then just c/r him, he looks aggro! if u have an overpair, then c/r too.

4bet only if u put him in 3betting light as he 3bets a lot to take a raise down. If no history, call and reevaluate the flop as u r iP to bb right?

I think this is a recipe for disaster as you'll be probalby only get called by better hands (maybe JJ but then you would need a flop without a A, K or J). Remember the 3-bet came from someone who is out of position and at 50NL players do realise this.

I'd call this and hope for a queen on the flop otherwise I'd really try to keep the pot small and fold to any big bets. Much depends on the flop cards and the first bet he is putting in but I wouldnt be shoving immediatly after a non A or K flop.

Since when is a squeeze so scary for QQ? I wouldn't be at all timid about getting it all in pre-flop, especially against somebody who's already 3-bet once in 40 hands (hardly anyone 3-bets at $50nl).

Being OOP sucks post flop for many reasons, so I prefer a 4-bet shove to anything else unless this guy is a super nit.
